A hotel campaign across eight settings — balcony, foyer, grounds, kintsugi, onsen, suite, teahouse, tenjin — cast for presence rather than performance. The brief: guests who read as at home in Kyoto in autumn. The hard part: several principals across several locations in one shoot window, with usage, territory and consent agreed on identical terms so every release matched. What we did: briefed across the Tokyo agency network in parallel, held one shortlist for the whole set, and settled rights at the brief stage in English and Japanese. Casting: Deja Vu Casting.
